This website stores no personal data
The booking form on this site has no server-side storage. When you press "Book on WhatsApp", the details you entered (route, date, vehicle, passengers and any optional name, flight number or note) are turned into a message on your own device and handed to WhatsApp — you see the full message before you send it, and nothing is transmitted to or kept by this website. The site sets no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies; the only measurement is the cookieless Google Ads signal described below.
Google Ads measurement
We advertise on Google and load Google's measurement tag (gtag.js) to see whether ad clicks lead to bookings. For every visitor the tag runs with consent set to "denied": it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) receives only aggregated, cookieless signals about ad performance.
What happens when you contact us
If you send us a booking via WhatsApp, email or phone, we use your contact details and trip information for one purpose only — to organise and carry out your transfer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the driver carrying out your transfer. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your transfer and any legal (e.g. tax) retention duties require.

Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you — just email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Croatia this is AZOP (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, azop.hr).
